Please be aware of the following policies:
Policies for Adults: (re-word italicized because lifted from other sites)
- All pick-up/drop off locations will be pre-arranged Seat belts are to be worn at all times.
- There is NO STANDING on the shuttles when they are in operation.
- Passengers will not board or depart from the vehicle until the vehicle has come to a complete stop and the driver has opened the door.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Cell phone use is permitted as long as it is not disruptive to the driver.
- In order to get everyone to their destinations on-time, riders must be ready to be picked up when the van arrives. Grasshopper Shuttle reserves the right to depart if the rider does not get to the van within 10 minutes of their scheduled pick-up time.
- Grasshopper Shuttle is not liable for items left on the van.

- Parents: Please have your children turn down the volume on the ring tones
- All passengers will obey the driver during pick up, transport, and delivery. The driver may assign seats, if necessary.
- Children must be ready to get on the shuttle when it arrives to pick them up. Please be on time as we want to make sure that everyone makes it where they need to go in a timely fashion.
- We reserve the right to terminate shuttle rides for disruptive children. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. (This includes parents also)
- No fighting, arguing or physical contact with other passengers.
- All About Kids Shuttle, Inc. is not liable for any items left on our shuttles.
- Children must be dropped off to the care of an adult (over 18 years of age) who must sign to claim responsibility for the child
